Zeolite Related R&D in China
With China's opening to the world and the remarkable increase
in its economy, China's energy industry based on oil and coal
is now ranking the second in the world. Presently, zeolite
R&D activities are conducted in hundreds of laboratories in
the universities, research institutes and industrial areas,
involving thousands of scientists and engineers. China's economic
development, its enormously large markets and huge demands
of energy have brought new and unprecedented challenges and
opportunities for zeolite applications as catalysts, sorbents,
detergents, and high-tech materials.
